料金について
役務は、ご依頼の内容・規模・期間に応じた
個別のお見積もりによります。
Branch / Tokyo の現地アテンドおよびコーディネートは、一件ごとに内容が異なるため、定型の商品ではなく個別のお見積もりとしてご提示します。お見積もりはお問い合わせ時に、必要に応じて守秘義務のもとご案内します。
エンゲージメント最低額
550,000円（税込）から
1件あたりの最低額です（500,000円＋消費税10%）。実際の金額は、業務日数・準備・調整の規模に応じて算出します。
実費の立替
第三者手配にかかる費用（交通・車両・会場・チケット・通訳・各種予約など、お客様に代わって当社が手配・立替するもの）は、実費に取扱手数料10%を加算して申し受けます。
海外送金または通貨換算が生じる場合は、当該実費およびインボイス発行日のスポットレートに2%を加えた為替手数料を申し受けます。
お支払い・通貨
ご依頼内容の合意後、当社より Stripe のご請求書（インボイス）を発行します。お客様はメールに記載のお支払いリンクから、クレジットカード（Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB 等）、Apple Pay、または銀行振込にてお支払いいただけます。
料金は日本円を基本とします。海外のお客様は、インボイス発行日のスポットレートに2%の為替手数料を加えた額にて、米ドルまたはユーロでのお支払いも可能です。
表示価格は、本ページに「税込」と明記したものを除き税別です。別途消費税（10%）を申し受けます。キャンセルの取扱いはキャンセル・返金ポリシーに、取引条件の全体は利用規約および特定商取引法に基づく表記によります。

Branch / Tokyo engagements are bespoke and priced by individual quotation rather than as fixed packages. The engagement minimum is ¥550,000 including tax (¥500,000 plus 10% consumption tax) per engagement; the final figure reflects the number of on-ground days and the scale of preparation and coordination. Third-party booking costs (transport, venues, tickets, interpreters, and any reservation made on the client's behalf) are passed through at cost plus a 10% handling fee. Where international remittance or currency conversion applies, the actual cost plus a 2% FX margin (at the invoice-date spot rate) is charged. Payment is by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB), Apple Pay, or bank transfer, processed via Stripe; JPY is the primary currency, with USD or EUR available at the invoice-date spot rate plus a 2% FX margin. Cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
